How you actually operate

This questionnaire is about how you actually operate in your organisation, not how you believe one should operate. There are no right or wrong answers, and the wise answer is not always the one that sounds best. Think of your behaviour over the last twelve to eighteen months at work. Answer for what you actually do, and for how others actually experience you, not for what you intend. Your responses are confidential and your results are reported as development bands, not as a pass or a fail. The questionnaire has forty statements in four parts and takes about twelve to fifteen minutes.
